Jayne Earns Two More Medals
With Jayne anchoring the 4 x 100 meter relay, the Germantown Girls set a new school record of 50.62 seconds! The relay came in second, after Sussex Hamilton, which holds the state's best time this year. The Germantown 4 x 100 relay moved to the fourth best time in the state rankings.
Jayne set new personal records (PRs) in both the 100 and 200 meter dashes. She came in 2nd in the 100, with a time of 12.57, ranking her 12th in the state. She took 4th in the 200, with a PR of 26.41, which ranks her 20th in the state.
She added two more medals to her ever growing collection. These are her seventh and eighth medals earned so far this season.
