The eight teams in our conference competed in a meet consisting of all relays. The Germantown Girls Varsity Track Team provided a great team effort to take first place in the meet. This is the first time Germantown has won Conference Relays. It was 88 degrees and a beautiful night for a meet.
Jayne ran 100m, as the third leg, in the 800 meter sprint medley relay (200m, 100m, 100m, 400m) taking 2nd place. She was anchor of the 4x100m relay, where they placed 3rd. And for her third event of the night, Jayne anchored the 4x400m relay, and the girls took 2nd.
